Sun Room. ♥

Sitting in the sun room

but it's not sunny

Actually it's really cold

cold that sweeps through the cracks in the roof and the walls and the windows

thick liquid cold that makes you shiver uncontrollably

until you can't stand it anymore

And it's dark

and so black

and all I can think about are how much I want to see some lights right now.

I can see that they are on

yet

it seems as though they don't have any light left to give

to this little room

on the side of a building

somewhere in the city

in the big wide world

that everyone seems to have forgotten
